Canadian Potato Council

Canada’s approximately 1100 potato producers generate farm gate value of approximately $1.2 billion annually. The activities of the Canadian Potato Council (CPC) are supported by eleven member Canadian Horticultural Council provincial potato grower organizations. The CPC has elected representation from grower organizations of the eight major potato producing provinces who work to coordinate activities at the national level on behalf of the potato growers of Canada to improve the economic well-being of its members.
