The potato research reported here is generously funded by contributions through the Canadian Agri-Science Cluster for Horticulture 3, in cooperation with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s AgriScience Program, a Canadian Agricultural Partnership initiative, and by the Canadian Horticultural Council, Canadian Potato Council member organizations, industry stakeholders, universities and colleges and provincial governments.
The eight potato research projects funded under Cluster 3 have a total value of $10.8 million with contributions of $7.1 million from the AAFC AgriScience Program and $3.7 million from industry stakeholders. The Canadian Potato Council greatly appreciates these cash and in-kind contributions.
